There are always things around that can take us back through time. Intentionally or not, they tend to come our way during different periods of our lives.
At times, they are of negative memories related to our past, some things we try to forget and never meet again ever after, sometimes they are of capability to bring something new, exiting to our current position by making us recalling those old days of careless childhood, when we were all kids without troubles and even little things or useless stuff could make us happy for so long...
Here is one of such objects that managed to come into my early childish life between 1991 and 1993 years. It is TipiTip, a male character of Turkish bubblegum which was widely sold over Ukraine after so called 'Iron Curtain' had been finally declined. Together with 'Turbo', TipiTip was one of the two first Turkish bubblegum to be imported from abroad and sold in our homeland as quite new and interesting product we've never met before. Certainly, there were some kinds of local bubblegum produced earlier, when the USSR was still existing, however no one of them has had such remarkable comic alike pictures inside! All of them were that very plain and ordinary. TipiTip has colored our life, as we, as little children of elementary school, had been collecting and playing with them as if these were the most valuable things in the imaginary world of our common childhood... At that moment I didn't even know this was brought to us from our neighbor Turkey... Understanding came much later.
TipiTip is no longer available... even in Turkey-:( More over, when I came to Turkey for the first time in my life, in Autumn 1999, TipiTip was already buried in history-:(
Sad. As it is known, everything that has a beginning must have an end as well. Everyone and everything dies. So TipiTip did...

2. Записка от заместителя генерального директора для директора департамента:

"Сегодня, с десяти до одиннадцати, состоится полное собрание персонала на автостоянке. Собрание будет сопровождаться общим затмением солнца, которое продлится около двух минут. Безопасность будет обеспечена с помощью недорогих очков. Перед тем, как раздать всем справочные материалы, генеральный директор скажет короткую речь. Это событие не входит в разряд повседневных. "


3. Записка от директора департамента для начальника отдела:

"Сегодня генеральный директор скажет короткую речь, после чего будет произведено затмение с полным исчезновением солнца на время до двух минут. Так как это нельзя увидеть в повседневной жизни, весь персонал собирается на автостоянке в десять - одиннадцать часов. Мероприятие будет безопасным, при условии оплаты небольшой суммы. "


4. Записка от начальника отдела для менеджера группы:

"В 10:11 персонал должен собраться на автостоянке, чтобы увидеть как генеральный директор затмит собой солнце, а затем на время исчезнет. Это не повседневное явление. Безопасность обеспечивается за отдельную плату."


5. Менеджер группы сотрудникам:

"Желающие могут, за отдельную плату, пойти на автостоянку и посмотреть, как исчезнет генеральный директор. Жаль, что такое случается не каждый день...»

We want to hope in better life and do need it sometimes
But this path is already created for us,
All we have to do is to walk along it keeping quiet.

No exit persists just its entrance side

This post is addressed to connoisseurs of physics!
Imagine this scenario of apocalypse:
Antarctic ice strongly increased in size and reached a certain critical
mass so the Earth, as a planet, has come off from its axis. South Pole
became fully converted to the Sun. North Pole is in the
opposite direction from the Sun. The planet lost the circular rotation around
its axis and permanently adopted the position of the Moon, where one side
always faces the star, the other is hidden from it for ever.
The question is for those who know physics well, can anyone of you predict what kind of  processes will be likely to occur on the surface of our planet? In case of such a scenario, what will the temperatures be in the solar and its opposite sides of the Earth, how large will be the width
of the zone called terminator, whether or not the planet starts losing its atmosphere, whether or not the waters in the solar part begin to boil, etc?
Can the peoples, who are lucky enough to be in the zone of terminator at the moment of such an apocalypse, survive (even partly) ?
I think the picture outlined by me is clear enough so I'm now waiting for your development scenarios based on projections and physical laws.

UPD: Typical replies that this will never happen are not accepted. Imagine that this has already happened. I'm interested in such a scenario and all consequences associated with it.

Представьте себе такой сценарий апокалипсиса:
Льды Антарктиды сильно увеличившись в размерах достигли некой критической массы и Земля как планета резко соскочила со своей оси. Южный полюс стал полностью обращен к Солнцу. Северный полюс навечно обращен в противоположную сторону от Солнца. Земля потеряла круговое вращение вокруг своей оси и навсегда приняла положение Луны, при котором одна ее сторона всегда обращена к звезде, другая вечно от нее скрыта.
Вопрос в том, кто нибудь хорошо знающий физику может ли спрогнозировать какие процессы при этом будут происходить на поверхности нашей планеты? Интересует именно сценарии такие как температурные режимы в солнечной и противоположной ее стороне, ширина зоны терминатора, потеряет ли планета атмосферу, выкипит ли вода в солнечной ее части, и т.д. и. т.п.
Сможет ли выжить та часть людей которой посчастливиться оказаться в зоне терминатора?
Думаю что картинка обрисованная мною понятна, жду от вас сценарии развития опираясь на физические прогнозы и законы.
